Responsibilities
1.Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
2.Interact with business users and product management team regularly and convert their ideas into concept.
3.Develop and deliver wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes
optimized for a wide range of hardware devices and interfaces.
4.Participate in design discussions along with product management teams.
5.Provide walkthroughs and demos on user journeys, mockups, and other
deliverables to the development team, business stakeholders, and product
teams.
6.Conduct research, conceive, sketch, prototype, and test user experiences for data-heavy web applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other business-centric web sites.
7.Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for both web and
mobile applications.
8.Take a user-centered design (UCD) approach to develop UX solutions. Rapidly test and iterate designs without slipping the deadlines.
