请协助我们分析新兴智能硬件市场热点信息,糅合AI人工智能与用户需求创造跨越云端与APP端的创新硬件产品,尤其关注未来消费场景的智能硬件领域。
需要对技术与创新有持续的原始的激情,拥有商业化思维并在用户研究和概念产品化有较深的理解,需要开创性的提出以技术路径来实现解决用户痛点。

职位描述
工作职责:
1.从用户需求,市场倾向,竞品真空区发现新的产品机会。
2.与设计师与研发工程师迅速的归纳概念,制造原形机,规划市场方向。
3.通过理解用户痛点,评估用户需求,定义产品Feature Sets来推动产品进程发展。
4.图像化的表达产品概念( 掌握AE, PS 等多种2D&3D表达方式者优先)
5.提出可落实产品创新规划,输出MRD和市场分析报告;
6.全程跟踪从产品概念,深度技术调研,研发,生产,到产品上市的产品生命周期全程;

任职资格:
1、 创新者思维: 真正从无到有的创新激情;有能力抵抗现实技术情况对热情的考验,指导目的达成。对创新方法论与敏捷推进有自己的理解。
2、 好奇心: 持续学习并对不停的被复杂问题挑战有兴趣,对新的问题热衷架构出新的解决方案。英文熟练对海外市场的相关前沿产品和技术有敏锐的洞察;
3、 发明者: 对问题抱有理性的攻击性思考,有较强的概念思考,分析,问题解决能力。对前沿技术与市场信息密切关注。
4、批判性思维: 对假设持续批判并去理解WHY而不仅仅是WHAT.
5、具备独立撰写智能硬件产品文档的能力,熟练掌握产品需求分析、设计技巧,对交互设计过程有深入了解;
6、对技术前沿有敏锐的洞察力、数据敏感、逻辑思维严谨、对用户产品体验敏感;
7、有深度学习,标注,训练, AI产品化经验优先。
8. 英文流利,对设计思维和方法论了解优先。
The Challenge
Help us unlock information, intertwine artificial intelligence and user experience, and invent the future – focus on hardware and across mobile and the cloud. JD Future Product group is seeking experienced Innovative Designer& Product Manager( hardware background)& Marketing Researcher who have a strong passion in technology and innovation, and can take products from inception to launch. An entrepreneurial mindset and deep experience in customer research, business strategy and productizing new ideas is required. Communication and collaboration both externally and internally, and the ability to translate customer pain points into cutting edge technology, will be key to success in this role. We are looking for someone smart, creative, and passionate about innovation that can make a difference in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
· Identify new opportunities by analyzing customer requirements, market trends and competitive gaps. Champion and present opportunities to management for consideration.
· Collaborate with design and development to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, and market validate new product ideas and innovations.
· Present concepts, business rationale and key findings to various stakeholders including senior management to move from idea to shipping product.
· Talk with customers on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and pain points. Design and conduct research and market analysis to build a deeper understanding of customers.
· Drive product development by understanding and passionately advocating customer requirements, defining feature sets, and developing and communicating product requirements.
· Evangelize the product concept vision throughout Adobe.
What You Need to Succeed
· Entrepreneurial Mindset: True passion for creating something from nothing. Must be able to reject setbacks and enthusiastically persists until goals are achieved. Experience with lean startup, agile or other innovation methodologies required.

· Top Notch Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with deep experience in clearly presenting ideas, business rational and implications to C-level executives. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and cross-geo environment.
· Self-Driven: Isn’t afraid to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. Results-oriented, team player who leads by example, holds self-accountable for performance, and champions all aspects of their initiatives.
· Decisive: Possess a high-energy level and the self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position - not afraid to make decisions.
· Business Savvy: Ability to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on solid business case analysis.
· Leadership: Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to manage both directly and through influence to deliver disruptive solutions to market
· Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a product management role related to business or consumer mobile application or cloud-based services. MBA preferred but not required.
