JD Future Product group is seeking experienced Innovative Designer& Product Manager( hardware background)& Marketing Researcher who have a strong passion in technology and innovation, and can take products from inception to launch. An entrepreneurial mindset and deep experience in customer research, business strategy and productizing new ideas is required. Communication and collaboration both externally and internally, and the ability to translate customer pain points into cutting edge technology, will be key to success in this role. We are looking for someone smart, creative, and passionate about innovation that can make a difference in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
· Identify new opportunities by analyzing customer requirements, market trends and competitive gaps. Champion and present opportunities to management for consideration.
· Collaborate with design and development to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, and market validate new product ideas and innovations.
· Present concepts, business rationale and key findings to various stakeholders including senior management to move from idea to shipping product.
· Talk with customers on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and pain points. Design and conduct research and market analysis to build a deeper understanding of customers.
· Drive product development by understanding and passionately advocating customer requirements, defining feature sets, and developing and communicating product requirements.
· Evangelize the product concept vision throughout Adobe.
