Job Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with UI designers and backend developers to build efficient, intuitive user interfaces.
2. Assist the team in improving frameworks and optimizing front-end performance.
3. "Surf the web" in developer communities and collaborate with open source developers.
4. Deeply research interesting topics about large language models and other AI technologies.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in front-end development. Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ajax and other web front-end technologies. Experienced with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, etc. Able to use common third party libraries such as Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
2. Participated in medium/large projects and has own understanding of "what is excellent front-end engineering".
3. Experience in web performance tuning. Able to identify performance issues using tools like Lighthouse and optimize accordingly.
4. Able to write high-quality front-end code. Proficient in using design patterns to write highly cohesive and loosely coupled code. Familiar with ESLint, TSLint rules and community best practices for code styling.
5. Able to efficiently complete development tasks. Continuously improve automation to be lazier. Proficient in using Webpack, CI, CD and other tools.
6. Good English reading and writing skills. Can read English documentation. Can communicate in English within open source communities.
7. Self-motivated. High sense of responsibility, can independently complete tasks with high quality.
8. Strong curiosity and learning ability, willing to get hands dirty.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
